I don’t take on many new clients every year, but below are the 4 criteria that are essential in our relationship. The questions is "Are we a good fit?"
#1 We have to like each other.
I want to be happy to see you every time you're in for a client review. And I want you to like me well enough to refer others to me.
#2 I have to be able to make an impact in your current situation.
I have to be able to add value....do my recommendations make your situation better?
#3 You must have an open mind.
I am the anti-broker….I am independent and my solutions are sometimes unique compared to the Wall Street cheerleaders you find in many brokerages. New ideas and innovation are at the heart of surviving in a rapidly changing economy and investment world.
#4 I also want you to have a good understanding of my philosophy. PROTECT, GROW AND DEFEND! I don't want my clients to just sign and walk away...I want them to understand what we want to accomplish.
